摘要
研究了以反相C18柱,V(甲醇):V(乙腈):V(pH2.8H3PO4)=12:8:80混合溶液为流动相,对胭脂红酸进行高效液相色谱分析的方法。胭脂红酸在2.5—40μg/mL范围内的吸光度线性相关系数达0.9998,方法回收率在98.2%~101.1%,相对标准偏差为0.78%~1.2%,已用于样品中胭脂红酸的测定。
The RP-HPLC method was used to analyze carminic acid using a C18 reversed-phase column with acetonitrile-methanol-pH 2.8 phosphate buffer ( 12 : 8 : 80) as mobile phase at a flow-rate of 0.6 mL/min. The relationship between peak area and concentration of carminic acid in range of 2.5 - 40 μg/mL was linear with correlation coefficient r of 0.9998. The recoveries of carminic acid are 98.2% - 101.1%, and the relative standard devitions are 0.78%- 1.2 %. This method was applied to the determination of canninic acid in samples with good results.
