摘要
本文总结了近些年我国医疗服务满意度内涵、测量方式、量表设计及测评因素等方面的进展,旨在更好地把握和推广适合医院病人满意度调查的方式,建立一套病人满意度测评管理体系,为医院病人满意度测评提供理论和实践依据。
The paper summarizes the evolvement of satisfaction degree estimation of medical services such as connotation, design, measure, analysis estimation and so on to select better research methods and establish management system of satisfaction degree estimation of patients, and to provide theoretical and practice basis for further research in China.
