摘要
[目的]了解目前丹东市区教师亚健康现况,探索导致教师亚健康状态发生的危险因素。[方法]以丹东市内的7所学校的1095名教师为对象,采用自行设计的亚健康问卷开展调查,采用亚健康表现评分和排除诊断法进行判断,并用χ检验和多元逐步回归分析。[结果]总体亚健康发生率为29.22%;以小学教师组的发生率最高,其次2是中学教师组,且两组与大学教师组比较差异均有统计学意义;女教师亚健康发生率高于男教师,差异有统计学意义;亚健康主要危险因素包括社会心理压力大、不合理饮食、缺乏运动和不良行为习惯等12个因素。[结论]教师的健康状况不容乐观,社会应给予关注,减轻对教师的压力;学校应积极采取各种针对性的预防干预措施,提高教师队伍的整体健康水平。
[Objective] To investigate the prevalence and risk factors in the teachers of sub-health status in Dandong city. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among t 095 teachers from seven schools in Dandong City, who were selected by cluster sampling. The scores of the sub-health status were calculated and removal diagnosis method was used to distinguish different status, then chi-square test and stepwise regression analysis were conducted. [ Results]29.22% teachers were under sub-health condition. The occurring rate of sub-health status was the highest in the teachers in primary schools, the teachers in middle schools took second place, and they ,sere all significantly higher than the rate in college. The occurring rate of sub-health status in female teachers was significantly higher than that of male teachers. 12 risk factors were determined in the end, including social-psychological factor, unbalanced diet, exercise deficiency, and so on. [Conclusion] The health condition of teachers is not optimistic. Society should give more love and care to the teachers. Intervention measures have important meanings to prevent sub-health status of teachers.
