PREDICTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR EVENTS DETECTED BY NONINVASIVE ASSESSMENT OF ARTERIAL STIFFNESS

摘要 近年来,随着动脉内皮功能研究的深入,人们认识到动脉功能改变早于结构改变,动脉硬度检测成为临床心血管研究领域的一个热点。目前普遍采用的无创性动脉硬度检测指标包括脉搏波速(PWV)、反射波增益指数(AI)及踝臂指数(ABI),这些指标用来评估动脉硬化程度,为血管病变的早期诊断和早期干预提供重要的依据。 In recent years, with the further research on the endothelial function, we realize that the change of artery function is earlier than the structural change, detection of arterial stiffness become a hot spot of clinical cardiovascular research field. PWV, AI and ABI are well accepted noninvasive methods to assess artery stiffness, which are used to evaluate the degree of arteriosclerosis, so as to provide important basis for early diagnosis and early prevention of the vascular lesion.
