摘要
[目的]探讨光敏剂对激光治疗肿瘤的增敏作用。[方法]采用细胞动力学方法探讨4种光敏剂对激光杀伤、抑制肿瘤细胞的增敏作用的异同。[结果]4种光敏剂对激光杀伤、抑制肿瘤细胞均有增敏作用,并且叶绿素、019、酞青酯和HPD的增敏效果依次增强。[结论]光敏剂有助于提高激光对肿瘤的杀伤、抑制作用,并为激光治疗肿瘤提供了参考。
[ Objective ] To test the use of photosensitizer in increasing the photosensitivity in the treatment of tumor with laser. [Methods] Used eyto dynamics method to explore the different effects of the four kinds of photosensitizers in increasing the photosensitivity in the process of killing and inhibiting the tumor cells. [ Results] All four photosensitizers were effective in increasing the photosensitivity and the effects of chlorophyll, 019, phthaloeyanine ester and HPD were in ascending order. [Conclusion] Photosensitizers are useful in enhancing the use of laser in killing and inhibiting the tumor cells and can serve as reference for the treatment of tumor with laser.
