可植入后房型接触人工晶体矫治中高度近视眼的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究有晶体眼生理状态下后房型可植入接触人工晶体矫治中、高度近视眼的有效性和安全性。[方法]术前充分扩大瞳孔,倍诺喜眼液表面麻醉,9点透明角膜缘用一次性3mm角膜切开刀做隧道切口,前房注入粘弹剂,植入折叠式人工晶体,置于透明晶状体与虹膜之间,吸出粘弹剂后用卡米可林注射液缩瞳,在11点或1点处虹膜根部做部分切除。[结果]中、高度近视21例38眼,术前屈光度-4.0D~-22.6D,其中2眼-4.0D。38眼术后24h均达到术前矫正度数的视力。[结论]可植入后房型人工晶体是在保留透明晶状体的基础上植入的人工晶体,角膜损伤小,保留生理性调节,具有可逆性,预测性好,术后视力恢复快,适用屈光范围广等优点,这种新方法的应用开辟了治疗屈光手术新的治疗前景。 [Objective] To study the efficacy and safety of implantable collamer lenses (ICL) implantation for the correction of monderate and high myopia. [Methods] Prior to surgery, the pupils were enlarged adequately and topical anesthesia was andministcred with Benoxil. First, we created two small openings at the base of the cornea that will be used to position the lens. Next, healon was placed inside the eye to protect the cornea and the natural lens during ICL placement. ICL was impanted between iris and natural lens.Then we need removed healon and reduced pupil.Iridoctomy was administerate at last. [ Resultsl Thirty-eight eyes of twenty-one patients with moderate to high myopia (between-4.0to-22.6diopters) had a ICL implanted.All the patients reached corrected visual acuity in 24h postoperatively. [ Gonelusion ] ICL implantation is administered on the basis of preserving the natural lens.It is predictable, safe, and effective in the correction of high myopia, and its indicaticons should be carefully selected.
