住院精神病人合并糖尿病相关因素分析及对策

ANALYSIS OF RELATED FACTORS OF THE IN-PATIENTS WITH PSYCHOSIS AND DIABETES AND COUNTERMEASURE

[目的]探讨住院精神病人合并糖尿病的有效干预措施。[方法]自制调查表对住院精神病人合并糖尿病,病程大于2月的39例病人作为对照组进行回顾性调查分析,实施干预措施2月后仍在院的37例病人作实验组进行对比分析统计。[结果]406例住院精神病人中42例合并糖尿病,患病率10.34%,是2006年"世界糖尿病日"公布的城市糖尿病患病率的2.15倍;对照组中14例有完整自知力,13例有部分自知力,12例完全无自知力,97.43%的病人不知道低血糖的表现及防治方法。采取系统干预措施后空腹血糖完全控制在正常范围62.16%,高于对照组33.33%,经χ检验(P﹤0.05),有统计学意义。[结论]采取合理的干预措施可有效控制住院精神病人合并糖尿病的血糖在正2常范围。

[Objective] To discuss the effective intervention for psychopaths with diabetes. [Methods] Self-made questionnaire to do retrospective review and analysis was carried out among the 39 psychopaths with diabetes as sample group whose course of illness exceed 2 months, also did the contrasted analysis and statistics in the 37 psychopaths with diabetes disease as experimental group after 2 months intervention. [ Results] In the 406 psychopaths, there were 42 in-patients with the diabetes, the prevalence was 10.34%, which was also 2.15 times more than the result published on World Diabetes Day in 2006. In the sample group, there were 14 inpatients had full self-recognition, 13 inpatients had the part self-recognition, 12 inpatients lose the self-recognition, about 97.43% inpatients didn＇t know the symptoms and prevention methods on diabetes . But after the systematic intervention, 62.16% patients in the experimental group could control the limosis blood-sugar in the normal scope, this proportion was 33.33% higher than that in sample group, through χ^2 test （P〈 0.05）, had the obvious statistic significance. [ Conclusion] Taking the appropriate intervention measures for the psychopaths with the diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar rate in the normal scope.
