2008北京奥运会期间，部分比赛将在其他协办城市举行，上海、天津、沈阳、秦皇岛将上演精彩的足球赛事，青岛将迎来水上项目帆船赛，而香港亦成为马术比赛的举办地。据悉，这些城市在成为协办城市后，一直在为2008奥运会积极筹备。
In addition to Beijing, the host city of 29^th Olympic Game, 6 other cities were selected as co- hosting cities where a few of events will be held. This article introduced current situation and preparation of public transportation for Olympics in Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shenyang, Qinhuangdao and Hongkong.
