能源危机迫在眉睫，节能降耗势在必行 目前，全球能源形势日益严峻。我国人口众多，能源资源相对不足，人均拥有量远低于世界平均水平。近几年，由于经济增长方式转变滞后，高耗能行业增长过快，单位国内生产总值能耗上升，能源消耗增长仍然快于经济增长，节能工作面临很大压力，形势十分严峻。交通行业是为我国国民经济和社会发展提供公益服务的基础性产业，属于能源消耗大户。

Energy crisis and environmental pollution are two critical issues Chinese government is facing today and should solve immediately. Therefore, energy-saving and emission-control are the top priorities among all other tasks.
