2008年6月19日，离重型车国Ⅲ排放法规最后实施期限仅有10余天的时间，恰在这个关键的时刻，陕汽集团在西安举行“2008国Ⅲ重卡用户财富之旅”活动，邀请国内行业专家、国Ⅲ重卡用户、媒体记者等300余人与会。会上，陕汽集团总工程师王小峰，市场部经理刘科强、潍柴卡车动力营销公司总经理李百成为200余名国Ⅲ重卡用户介绍国内国Ⅲ重卡的主流技术。
