天然气发动机市场将迎来新的发展机遇。2008年6月14日，距离7月1日几乎所有汽车全面实施国川还有半个月时间，玉柴机器股份有限公司在三亚举行以“节能、环保、新能源”为主题的气体发动机客户交流会。此次会议的主要参与者包括国家燃气汽车协调领导小组办公室专家组专家和来自全国各地的70多家公交用户。会上，玉柴重点介绍了其最新开发的满足国Ⅲ排放标准的气体发动机，并就一些感兴趣的话题与公交代表进行了互动交流。
Natural-gas engine has been always regarded as a promising product in China and well applied among the industry. Under today＇s circumstance increasing upgraded emission standard, skyrocket oil price and overall energy-saving and emission control environment, it is believed that natural-gas engine will have a faster development in the soon future. On June 14, 2008, Yuchai organized an conference for its customers for purpose of exchanging views and communicating, and introduced its series of natural-gas engines with National Standard Ⅲ.
