摘要 综述了基因表达系列分析(Serial analysis of gene expression,SAGE)技术的基本原理和最近SAGE技术的应用情况以及在家蚕功能基因研究中的应用前景。 The basic principle of SAGE technology, SAGE technology application situation and the application prospects in function gene research of Bombyx mor/were summarized in this article.
