两种PGPR菌株诱导马尾松幼苗系统抗病性研究

Induction of systemic resistance of pinus massoniana seedlings against pestalotiopsis funereal by two strains of plant growth-promoting phizobacteria

摘要 通过科学的试验设计,探讨2种根圈促生细菌Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligens Stanier (P751)和Bacillus cereus Frankland(Bc752)诱导马尾松幼苗系统抗病性的作用,包括不同接种剂量及接种时间的试验效果。试验时,将PG-PR通过灌注方法接种于松苗根部,而将赤枯病病原菌孢子悬浮液喷施于叶面。处理后的松苗置于温室内培养,2个月后测定松苗的感病指数,并检测PGPR在植物体上的定殖。试验结果表明,Bc752能显著地诱导马尾松幼苗的系统抗病性,并以病菌侵染前10 d接种效果最好;施用浓度高时效果较好但不呈直线正相关。P751诱导抗性不太明显,可能是因为长时期保存导致菌种退化,或是P751需要更长的刺激诱导时间。 We conducted a study on the ability of two PGPR strains ( P751 &Bc752) to induce systemic resistance of masson pine seedlings against red needle blight disease (Pestalotiopsis funerea Desm. ) including the effect of the different inoculation times and different inoculum doses. In this experiment, PGPR strains were inoculated on the roots by drenching, while the pathogen was inoculated on the needles by spraying. All the treated seedlings were put in the controlled greenhouse for growth. Two months later all the seedlings in treatment were rated for the disease severities, and the colonization of the PG-PRs in the plants were also detected. The results showed that Bc752 had a strong ability to induce the systemic resistance of Masson pine seedlings against the red needle blight, and the earlier of inoculation, the higher the effect. The higher dose might have higher effect, but showed no positive linear relation. For P751, no obvious effect was observed. The results suggested that it might be the degeneration of P751 after a long-term storage, or that it needed a longer time to induce the systemic resistance.
