Using Spiramycin.Metronidazole.TMP.Dexamethasone(SMTD) synthetic drugs hollow—tube—drug treatment on pulp disease and periapical disease (78 cases 103 teeth),the curative rate is 92.2 percent during over two years.In this article we introduced the treatment,discussed the mechanism of cure of hollow—tube—drug treatment and its superiority,the cause of failure and its preventive methol.
