摘要
对某厂水冷壁发生爆管进行原因分析,发现由于原始管段壁厚不均,在弯管弯制后管壁进一步减薄,经长期运行出现疲劳裂纹导致爆管。
The article analyzes the cause of water-wall tube failure. It is obtained that the thickness of the original tube is non-uniform and the thickness of the tube is thinner after bending, so the water-wall tube bursts because of fatigue cracks occurring after long-term operation.
