摘要
提出了一种大型胶带连续硫化机热板及其传动装置的改进结构,并分析比较了国产大型胶带平板硫化机、德国辛北尔康普公司(Siempelkamp)Contiroll型连续平压硫化机以及改进结构的大型胶带连续硫化机热板在硫化温度时的稳态温度场分布状态及胶带在热板稳态温度场中的瞬态升温状况,为设计提供依据及参考。
The improvement to one of hot-press on the large-belt-continuation-vulcanizer and the driving device was designed. Analyzing the home large-belt-plate-vulcanizer, Contiroll-continuationvulcanizer of Siempelkamp of Germany and the perfection large-belt-continuation-vulcanizer, Comparing the distribute state of the hot-press on the vulcanization and transient-rising-state of belt between the hot-press,it afforded reference for the design.
