摘要
通过对实测增压器振动信号的分析,建立了适合增压器故障诊断和转速估计的振动信号分析模型。基于该模型提出了增压器振动监测和转速估计的方法。对影响转速估计精度的因素以及如何提高估计精度等问题进行了深入地探讨,提出了适合增压器故障诊断的增压器振动信号小波包滤波降噪方法,给出了提高增压器转速、诊断参数估计精度的办法。现场应用表明,采用振动信号分析技术确实可以诊断增压器的早期机械故障。
The vibration signal analysis model, which is suitable for turbocharger fault diagnosis and estimation of rotating speed of turbocharger, is constructed by analyzing the real turbocharger vibration data from application field. Based on this model, the method for vibration monitoring of turbocharger and estimating the rotating speed is presented. The factors affecting the speed estimation accuracy are investigated and the research on how to improve estimation accuracy is done. The turbocharger vibration signal de - noising method based on wavelet packet decomposition and restructure algorithm is proposed to improve the ratio of signal to noise and decrease the estimation error. The method to improve the estimation of rotating speed and the value of feature parameter for diagnosis is provided. The field application result shows that some early mechanical faults of turbocharger can be detected by using vibration signal processing techniques.
