摘要
为了一次起爆型FAE药剂在高过载条件下的应用,文中采用落锤撞击模拟实验装置,利用炸药感度实验中的"上下法"模拟弹丸发射时FAE装药所受的轴向应力,对不同的装药工艺、装药密度、药剂配方进行了模拟实验。通过对一次起爆型FAE装药发射安全性的实验结果分析,得出影响FAE装药发射安全性的主要因素是其药剂配方和装药密度。因此,一定要严格遵照药剂配方进行战斗部装药,并保持适当的装药压力和一定的装药量。
For application of FAE explosive under high-loading, the experimental device of drop hammer simulating impact was used. The axial stress of FAE explosive charge on launching was simulated by the method of up and down in the explosive sensitivity experiment. The experiments were simulated in different conditions that include charge technique, charge density and explosive formulation. By analysis of experimental results, the conclusion is explosive formulation and explosive density are the main causes that affect FAE launching safety. So explosive formulation should be complied with, and the proper charge stress and the adequate FAE explosive should be ensured.
