随着社会经济的发展,国土资源管理工作面临新形势和新要求,需要建立省市县三级联动的管理体系,实现资源共享和网络化管理。通过采用成熟的网络建设和网络安全技术,建立安全、可靠的全省省市县三级网络系统,建成国土资源管理系统互联互通、信息共享的快速通道,实现国土资源信息高速传输,实现国土资源信息共享和网络化国土资源管理。

Along with the social and economic development, land and resources administration is facing new situation and requirements. It is needed to construct the Provincial-Municipal-County management system to realize the resources sharing and e-administration. Through adopting the mature network construction and safety techniques, we can construct safe and reliable Provincial-Municipal-County network system and the fast channel for the interaction and information sharing of land and resources management system. Based on this, we can realize the high speed transmission of land and resources information and land and resources eadministration.
