摘要 利用径向极化的压电圆管制作了一种便携式宽频带换能器。依据薄膜理论模型,分析了压电圆管的振动特性,主要应用有限元法对其进行优化设计,并给出了薄膜理论、有限元法和试验数据的一个对比,结果表明:有限元法设计准确,研制的宽频带换能器满足实际应用的要求。 A portable broadband transducer using the radially polarized piezoelectric cylindrical tube has been designed and fabricated. The vibrations of cylindrical tube is analyzed by the method based on membrane theory and the design is optimized by finite element analysis(FEA). A comparison of the results obtained from the membrane theory and FEA with the results obtained from the test shows that FEA is more accurate, and the broadband transducer is satisfied with the applied requirements.
