热棒在混凝土温控中应用的试验研究

摘要 热棒作为一种有效的传热元件,主要用来解决多年冻土区域的地基冷却问题,其在混凝土温控中的应用较少.分别进行无热棒和使用不同规格热棒进行温控的混凝土温升试验,通过试验对比分析来研究热棒在混凝土温控中的应用.试验结果表明:热棒可以有效将混凝土的水化热传递至大气中,使混凝土峰值温度大幅降低,峰值时间提前,并且缩短最终到达稳定温度的时间. Thermosyphon is a unilateral heat transfer set mostly used in cold regions engineering to protect the frozen soil and improve the heat stabilization of subgrade, while is seldom used in temperature control of mass concrete. Three kinds of concrete temperature rise experiments, which used no temperature control and thermosyphons with diameters of 25 mm and 32 mm respectively as temperature control, were carried out to study the effect of thermosyphon in temperature control of concrete. The results show that the heat of hydration could be transferred effectively by using thermosyphon, which lead to a reduction of temperature rise, as well as an acceleration of the rate of temperature rise and a shortage of the period for achieving stable temperature. The influencing range of the thermosyphon is 150 mm at least, and the longer distance from the thermosyphon, the less effect of temperature control. The results indicate that the temperature of concrete could be controlled effectively by using thermosyphon.
