摘要
针对矩形流道中的聚合物流动问题,提出了一种基于傅立叶级数展开的近似方法。该方法利用流体流动的3大基本方程,建立了流体内部的速度场函数,通过流动边界条件求解出速度场。利用傅立叶二阶近似和三阶近似,分别忽略压力降和考虑压力降计算出z方向的速度场。结果表明该方法使用的模型简单,对浅螺槽精度高。
An approximation method based on Fourier analysis was proposed for the problem of polymeric flowage in rectangular channel. A velocity field function in fluid was established using the three liquid flow equations, and obtained by fluid boundary conditions. Finally, the velocity for z direction was calculated using Fourier second-order or third-order approximation considering or ignoring pressure decreasing respectively. The experimental results show the presented method is simple and high precision for shallow channel.
