油管成形工艺优化的研究

摘要 本文针对油管闭式锻造生产中出现的问题进行了分析,为了解决锻造时要求送料精度高,拔模力大而导致凸模部件拉断的关键难题,改闭式锻造为开式锻造。通过DEFORM-3D对φ60.33mm×4.83mm油管的成形进行了模拟分析,重新制定了镦锻工艺,并设计了相应的模具,从而解决了因料不足锻件内孔外凹的缺陷和凸模、芯轴、模柄被拉断的难题。 In order to solve the key problem of high feeding precision required and the fracture of top die by big die allocation force, with analysis of the problem in tube's closed die forging production, closed-type die forging has been changed to open-type die forging.Through the simulation analysis of the Ф60.33mm×4.83mm tube forming by Deform-3D, the new upsetting process and corresponding die have been designed, which solves the problem of concave caused by inadequate material and the fracture of top die, arbor and die stark.
