摘要
在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上,对铸态AZ31B镁合金在温度280℃~440℃和应变速率0.001s-1~0.1s-1条件下,研究其流变应力行为。结果表明:铸态AZ31B镁合金在高温下表现出较低的流变应力,其真应力—应变曲线表现出明显的动态再结晶特征;可采用Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦函数来描述AZ31B镁合金高温变形时的流变应力行为;获得流变应力σ解析表达式中的A、α和n值分别为7.59×109s-1、0.015MPa-1和4.91,激活能Q为141.6kJ/mol。
The deformation law of casting AZ31B magnesium alloy during temperature 280℃-440℃ and stain rate 0.001 S^- 1~0.1 S^- 1 has been investigated on Gleeble - 1500 simulation equipment.The results indicates:Casting AZ31B exhibites low flow stress at high temperatures, and its flow stress curve showes the character of DXR(dynamic recrystallisation).The flow stress behavior of AZ31B alloy during high emperature deformation can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic Arrhenius-typeequation.Meanwhile, A, α, and n in the analytical expressions ofo'are fitted to be 7.59× 10^9s^-1,0.015MPa^-1, and 4.91 respectively.The activation energy is 141.6k J/mol.
