当代女大学生健全人格培养路径探析

Ways of Cultivating Sound Character in Contemporary Female College Students

当代女大学生健全人格的培养主要从三个方面着手:一是引导女大学生的自我教育,提高对自我的正确认识,培养自身的综合能力;二是高校要转变教育观念,关注女大学生人格的健康发展,并为女大学生完善自身人格提供良好的校园文化环境;三是优化社会环境,一方面要优化大众传媒环境让女大学生获得更多的正面影响,另一方面要健全良好的用人机制保证女大学生获得就业机会的真正平等。

There are three ways to achieve this goal. Firstly, helping the female students, through self- education, to improve a correct understanding of themselves and cultivating their own comprehensive capabilities. Secondly, the college and university should transform the teaching ideology, paying a closer attention to the healthy development of the female students＇ character; accordingly, the gender education and a good campus culture call for much attention. Thirdly, the social environment should he optimized： the mass media should exert a positive influence upon the female students; furthermore, the female students should he guaranteed by a healthy employment system to enjoy equal opportunity in the job - hunting market.
