摘要
干部培训管理要从建立健全制度,增强培训实效,完善评价机制三个方面入手,不断改革干部培训的方式方法,区别不同的培训对象和不同的工作层次,各有侧重地作好培训工作,才能适应新形势新时期的要求。
Cadres training should start with the following aspects: set up and perfect the system, enhance the actual effect of training and perfect the assessment. The training methods should be improved gradually. In order to meet the needs of the new era, we should pay attention to trainees from different work positions and make our training more and more perfect.
