摘要
职业能力要素可分职业特定能力、行业通用能力和核心能力,各种能力对人在社会化的过程中影响不同,其形成途径也不相同。高职院校应将培养目标锁定在培养学生的专业和通用能力方面。
Vocational ability can be divided into three main abilities: vocational ability, profession universal ability and personal ability. Every ability is developed in different ways and every ability plays a different role in a person g life. The higher vocational schools should put their education emphasis on developing the students'vocational ability and profession universal ability.
