以职业能力为核心 深化高职院校改革 构建职业资格证书“直通车”

Focus on Vocational Ability, Deepen the Education Reformation, and Let the Students Have Vocational Qualification before Leaving School

培养技术应用型人才是高职院校的重要任务。文章通过对构建职业资格证书“直通车”模式的介绍。说明高职院校推行职业资格的重大意义是实施“直通车”的前提；进行教学改革，是实施“直通车”的必要条件；高素质“双师型”的师资队伍是实施“直通车”的基础；加强校内外实训基地建设是实施“直通车”的保证。

The most important task of vocational school education is to cultivate the students to be technical workers. By explaining the mode of setting up qualification system in school, this paper illustrates that the importance of setting up the system is the premise, teaching reformation is the necessary condition, ＂double -ability＂ teachers is the foundation and the experiment field construction out of school and inside school is the guarantee.
