摘要
目的:提高光纤熔接的自动化程度,减小光纤熔接损耗;方法:通过第四代光纤熔接机的实践操作、国内外同类机型的使用对比;结果:第四代光纤熔接机是计算机技术在光纤熔接中应用典范,熔接损耗已达0.02dB左右:结论:从第二代光纤熔接机引入计算机技术开始,熔接机发展到第五代,第四代熔接机在光纤通信领域起着骨于作用,自动化程度比较高,熔接损耗已经很小,尚未解决的问题包括计算机远程熔接控制和使用人工智能进行全自动光纤熔接,可作为以后的研究探讨方向。
Objective: To increase automation of optical fusion welding and decrease the loss of optical fiber fusion welding; Method: To contrast similar model at home and abroad by operating fourth -generation(4G) optical fusion welding machine; Result: 4G optical fusion welding machine is a classic application of computer technology on optical fiber fusion welding and the loss is about 0.02dB. Conclusion: 5G machine has been improved since computer technology was introduced into 2G machine. The 4G machine plays an important role in fiber communication system with high automation and low loss. Problems which cant be solved, such as remote control of computer and fully automated optical fusion welding using artificial intelligence technology, can be discussed at a later time.
