一种基于光子晶体多层结构的数据存储和识别

摘要 利用传输矩阵法计算了不同序列结构光子晶体的透射谱.结果表明,光子晶体的空间结构不同,则光子晶体的透射谱特征也不相同.当把光子晶体结构看作是一个二进制数据时,利用光子晶体透射谱和空间结构之间的这种特定关系,能够实现对数据的存储和识别. Transmission spectra of different structure of the photonic crystal multilayer are calculated by using transfer matrix method. It is shown that transmission spectra of the different crystal multilayer exhibit different properties resulting from its different structures. If a photonic crystal multilayer is viewed as a certain binary digit, this binary digit can be recognized by means of the relationship between transmission spectra and structure of the photonic crystal.
