摘要
该研究采用99mTc-培谱利欧霉素(Pepleomycin,PPM)进行SPECT亲肿瘤显像,分析99mTc-PPM在正常人体内的分布、代谢及其对体外显像诊断恶性肿瘤的价值。26例恶性肿瘤与10例良性病变患者均进行SPECT早期及延迟平面及断层显像。结果:99mTc-PPM对恶性肿瘤组患者的总阳性检出率达69.2%,如除外肺部及骨骼系统转移性病变患者则灵敏度可达90%;显示99mTc-PPM对于体外显像诊断恶性肿瘤具有明确的实用价值。
The distribution and metabelism of 99mTc - PPM in vivo and the practical value of using 99mTc - ppM to diag-nose malignant tumors through in vitro imaging were studied. SPECT imaging was performed on 26 cases with ma-lignant tumors and 10 cases with benign lesions. The sensitivity of 99mTc - PPM imaging in the detection of malig-nant tumors was 69. 2 %. The scnsitivity of 99mTc - PPM imaging was 90%, except for metastatic lesions of thelung and bone. The results suggest that emition computcd tomography (SPECT)99mT. - PPM imaging can be help-ful in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
