摘要
对SNH4102Z柴油机缸体冷却水套进行了台架试验,得出冷却水套上各分水孔的流量和压力;利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件对SNH4102Z柴油机缸体冷却水套进行了数值模拟计算,得出冷却水套内冷却水流场;模拟计算和试验结果基本符合。针对模拟计算结果中冷却不足之处,提出了缸体冷却水套的改进方案;通过对比改进前后的冷却水流速和冷却效果,发现该改进方案能较好地改善缸体冷却水套流场。
In this paper, the cooling-jacket in the cylinder body of SNH4102Z diesel engine was bench-tested. This test showed the flow and the compression force of each orifice on the cooling-jacket. Also, based on the numerical simulation by CFD, the flow field of cooling water in the cooling-jacket was obtained. The analogy calculation was fundamentally in the line with the result of experimental investigation. Against the insufficient-cooling position, this paper presented a cooling-jacket improvement program. By comparing the flow rate and the cooling effect of cooling water before and after the improvement, it was found that this program can preferably improve the flow field of the cooling water.
