摘要
根据催化转化器结构及其内部气体流速分布影响分析,采用维托辛斯基五次方曲线对催化转化器入口扩张管结构进行设计。对不同扩张管结构的催化转化器进行了冷态流速分布试验及发动机台架性能试验,试验结果表明,改进的催化转化器能够改善其内部气流分布,进而能够提高催化转化器的转化效率。
The article analyzed the influence of the structure to velocity of airflow in the rare earth converter. According to the experiment, velocity distribution of airflow of the different expansion tube in converter, the converter that be improved on the structure can improve the status of the velocity distribution of airflow in converter, and can improve the rate of conversion in converter.
