摘要
给变流器引入伪随机二进制噪声信号实现了测功机及控制系统对发动机性能参数的整定,在整定过程中对采集模块所采集到的测功机和发动机的特征进行了分析和研究,最终获得了测功机及控制系统对未知发动机的控制性能。同时,通过整定试验获得了未知发动机连接轴性能、发动机的特征频率、阻尼和转动惯量及油门信号的截止时间和延迟时间。
The dynamometer and controlling system identifying the performance parameter is realized by bringing the random pseudo binary noise signal to the inverter, the characteristic of engine and dynamometer collected by collecting module is analyzed and researched during the identification, finally the controlling performance of dynamometer and controlling system is acquired. At the same time, the performance of connecting axis, the frequency of engine, the damping, the inertia of engine and the dead time and the delay time of throttle signal are acquired by identification.
