摘要 为了解决铝合金铸造用电磁泵电极材料和寿命问题,对硅酸盐基高温导电胶导电机理和影响因素进行了探讨,设计了用硅酸盐基高温导电胶黏结的导电陶瓷—金属套组合式电极接头,并对组合式电极高温导电性能进行了考核试验。研究结果表明,组合式陶瓷—金属电极安装在直流电磁泵样机上,通以0 A^800 A的直流电流,经过一段时间后两极间的电阻随工作电流变化不大,趋向一个较小的稳定值,能够满足铝合金铸造用电磁泵电极的要求。 In order to solve the aluminum alloy casting with the electromagnetic pump electrode material life question, the paper discusses the electric conduction mechanism and influence factor of the silicate heat conductive adhesive, has designed the electric conduction ceramics-metal covering combined electrode connection which using the silicate high temperature conductive adhesives caking, and has carried on the inspection experiment to the combined electrode high temperature electric conductivity. The findings indicate that, the combined ceramics-metal electrode installed on the electromagnetic pump prototype, passes by 0 A-800 A direct current, after a period of time, the change of resistance between the two-pole not to be big along with the operating current, tends to be a small stable statistic, can satisfy the request of the electromagnetic pump electrode in the aluminum alloy casting.
