摘要 为了推广逐孔起爆技术在国内矿山大空间台阶爆破中的应用,针对高强度、高精度导爆管雷管是非电起爆系统实现"逐孔起爆"技术的关键器材,通过对导爆管、雷管延期时间及精度、延期药配比及加工工艺、延期元件制造工艺、雷管装配结构、连接块及应用软件设计等因素的系统的分析,提出了提高高强度、高精度导爆管的抗外来干扰能力,保证爆轰波的稳定性及综合性能的措施。结果表明:通过严格控制一些参数和优化结构设计,该技术可以满足生产要求,具有很好的经济效益。 To make the technology of hole-by-hole blasting applied in domestic large area step blasting, in view of the fact that high-strength, high-precision and non-electric detonator is the key to hole-by-hole blasting in non-electric exploding system, some factors are analysed in detail, such as non-electric detonator, detonator postponed time and precision, proportion and processing craft of delay detonator, delay element fabrication technology, detonator assembly structure, junction piece and application software design. Some measures which can enhance resisting external disturbance ability of high-strength&high-precision non-electric detonator, ensure detonation stability and integration performance are put forward. The result shows that the technology can meet the requirement of production by strict controlling some parameters and optimizing structure design. It is possible to transit the technology into industrial production by existing production technology and the facility, which has very good application prospect and economic benefits.
