基于CAN总线的矿山应力测量节点研究

摘要 针对目前矿山工程中的应力测量应变仪不能满足多点同时测量和大系统的自动监测,基于CAN总线的矿山应力测量节点研发出一种能满足多点同时进行应力应变测量的大系统自动监测装置。应力测量节点能完成一台全自动应变仪的功能,通过CAN总线将各测量节点联接成网络,在上位机的控制下,各节点完成测量、存储、传输等功能。实现矿山应力测量的网络化,能够进行矿山应力的全局性监测,掌握矿山应力变化的宏观趋势。 In view of the fact that the measurement of the stress and strain is an important monitoring content in the mine engineering. At present, the stress measurement is carried out based on the strain gauge in mine engineering. The measurement points and the degree of automation are restricted, so it cannot meet the multi-spots measurement simultaneously and the monitor of large-scale system automatically. The research on measurement node of mine stress based on CAN bus is a large-scale system automatic monitoring device according to the above problems that can meet the multi-spots measurement for the stress and strain simultaneously. The stress measurement node can accomplish the function of automatic strain gauge. It connects the measurement node into network through the CAN bus. Under the control of super-computer, each node accomplishes the functions of measurement, storage, transmission and so on. It can realize the mine stress measurement network, carry out global superiority monitoring of the mine stress and grasp macroscopic trend of the mine stress variation.
