摘要
在常规染色的组织学切片中，应用光学显微镜检测２９例子宫内膜腺癌的细胞凋亡情况，观察凋亡指数与肿瘤分级之间的关系。Ⅰ级５例，Ⅱ级１８例和Ⅲ级６例腺癌的平均凋亡指数分别为１．９％、２．８９％和３．１５％。分析表明，凋亡指数在Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级之间和Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级之间的差异没有统计学意义，但Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级之间有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The apoptotic index was observed on 29 endometrial adenocarcinomas by light microscopy in routinely stained histological section in order to assess the association between the aopototic index and tumor grade. The mean apoptotic index was 1.9%, 2.89%, and 3.15% respectively in Grade Ⅰ(five cases), Grade Ⅱ(eighteen cases) and Grade Ⅲ(six cases) in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Statistically there was no significant difference in the apoptotic indices between grade 1 and grade 2 or grade 2 and grade 3. But a significant difference between grade 1 and grade 3 was found.
