摘要
为了研究石油机械部件全封砸阀下壳体在工作过程中的受力情况,找出结构的应力集中点,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行实体建模,施加载荷并求解,得到结构在各个方向上的应力云图以及变形图,从而找出结构的薄弱处,采用加厚或加大尺寸的方法,避免出现较大应力,并根据这些结果对壳体进行优化,改进结构设计,这对于提高产品的质量非常有益。
To analyse the force during the working process of lower shell of fully sealed valve in oil mechanical parts and locate stress focus, with finit element analysis software ANSYS ,we get nephograms of stress and transfiguration through entity modeling and load solution ,which show the weak points of the structure. Dimension of certain parts is increased to avoid big stress .Also, improvement in structure design and optimization is carried out according to the above results, which is of great importance to product quality.
