膨润土干法制备活性白土试验研究

Experimental study of active argil preparation based on bentonite dry process

针对辽西膨润土资源丰富,但是由于地区缺水严重,其开发利用率差,造成资源浪费这一问题,讨论了膨润土活化制备活性白土原理、干法制备流程,并对处理后制得的样土与仇山白土进行了性能对比试验。结果表明:采用该试验的干法制备活性白土,其性能指标合乎要求,解决了制备中的缺水问题,工艺流程适合企业生产,提高了膨润土的利用价值。

Bentonite resources are rich in the western part of Liaoning province, because of severe lack of water there, the exploitation and utilization of bentonite resources are not very efficient which of course causes waste of the resources. This article focuses on the principle of activation preparation of active argil and the process of dry preparation meanwhile, contrastive experiment between disposed sample soil and Qiushan argil has been made. Results show that by dry preparation, the property of argil corresponds to requests and also the problem of lack of water during preparation is solved, which increase the using value of bentonite.
