摘要
基于WebGIS的电信客服支撑系统以Web2.0、Ajax技术为基础,以基于栅格技术的WebGIS为平台,实现在地理信息平台上展现网络资源和告警等信息,从而更快速响应用户网络投诉,较好地解决了客服前台对网络投诉响应不及时,网络故障信息无法及时准确传递到服务部门,无效投诉无法剔除和人力的浪费等实际问题,使地理信息系统技术的应用在电信领域得到进一步拓展。
GIS technology has been widely used in many industries, and could be used to improve Service-provider customer service system. Based on WebGIS, leveraging Web2.0, Ajax technologies, service providers were able to associate the system events and alarms with specific network resource and its location. It can greatly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of customer services.
