摘要
激光焊接是一个快速而不均匀的热循环过程,准确地认识焊接热过程,对焊接结构力学分析、显微组织分析以及最终的焊接质量控制具有重要意义。在计算机模拟过程中,利用高斯热源模型,采用ANSYS的APDL语言编写子程序,运用离散的思想,利用多步循环来实现对激光焊接过程的模拟,得到相应的温度场分布、当量应力场分布。从模拟结果可看出,激光焊接过程温度场呈椭圆分布,焊缝区的当量应力比焊前有所提高。
Laser welding is one fast and uneven circulation of heat process, it's of far reaching importance in weld structural mechanics analyses, microstructure analyses and welding quality control, by exactly cognizing weld heat process. The simulative process in this paper adopts gauss heater model, and handling discrete idea, proceeding multistep circulation by writing APDL program, to realize the thermal field simulative analysis laser welding process. Then it can get homologous thermal field distribution, yon mises stress field distribution, and correlogram. It is observed from the result that, laser welding process, thermal field submits elliptic distribution, von mises stress in weld zone increase after welding process.
