摘要 目的探讨pokemon基因在非小细胞肺癌细胞系中的表达情况。方法采用RT-PCR、Western blot检测pokemon基因在5种人非小细胞肺癌细胞系中的表达。结果pokemon基因在肺腺癌细胞系A549和AGZY83-a、肺鳞癌细胞系HE-99、肺巨细胞癌细胞系95D中呈高表达,在肺腺癌细胞系PAa中未见表达。结论非小细胞肺癌细胞系中存在pokemon的表达。 Objective To study the expression of pokemon gene in non-small cell lung cancer cells.Methods Using RT-PCR and Western blot to detect the expression of pokemon in 5 human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines. Results The expression levels of pokemon were high in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 and AGZY83-a, lung squamous cell carcinoma cell line HE-99, lung large cell carcinoma cell line 95D. Pokemon was not expressed in lung adenoearcinoma cell line PAa. Conclusion Pokemon was expressed in non-small cell lung cancer cell lines.
