疑难病例析评第154例黄疸—腹胀—腹水
摘要
病历摘要患者女，66岁，于2007年8月18日入院。患者有乙型肝炎病史10年余；1年前因皮肤巩膜黄染伴乏力和下肢轻度水肿，肝功能和B超提示肝硬化性改变，诊断为“肝硬化”，予以保肝支持和对症治疗后症状好转；1周前出现腹胀、双下肢水肿，并逐渐加重，无发热、呕血、黑便和消瘦等症状。
