摘要
目的分析水压娩核小切口白内障囊外摘出术的临床疗效,探讨其在防盲治盲工作中的应用价值。方法对850例(850眼)老年性白内障患者施行水压娩核小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术,分析术中并发症,并随访术后1d和1周的裸眼视力情况。结果术中34眼出现虹膜损伤,21眼前房出血,8眼后囊破裂;术后1d视力≥0.5者737眼,术后1周视力≥0.5者为805眼。结论水压娩核小切口白内障囊外摘出术操作简单、有效安全,适合在我国防盲治盲工作中推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical results and practicability of hydraulic pressure nucleusdeliver cataract extraction with small incision. Meth. eds Hydraulic pressure nucleus-deliver cataract extraction with small incision and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 850 patients with senile cataract. Postoperative complications and postoperative visual acuity were reviewed. Results Postoperative complications included iris prolapse （34 eyes ）, hyphema （21 eyes ）, posterior capsule rupture （8 eyes） ;Postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 737 eyes at 1 day and 0.5 or better in 805 eyes at 1 week. Conclusion Hydraulic pressure nucleus-deliver cataract extraction with small incision is a feasible, effective and recommendable approach for cataract surgery.
