超薄角膜瓣加LASIK分区切削治疗高度近视的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨对高度近视角膜厚度不够者采用超薄角膜瓣加准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)分区切削的安全性及疗效。方法对82例(158眼)经术前预测角膜厚度不够的高度近视患者施行超薄角膜瓣加LASIK分区切削术。结果术后3个月时,80例(154眼)术后的矫正视力达到或超过术前预计的最佳矫正视力,2例4眼较术前最佳矫正视力下降1行。结论超薄角膜瓣加LASIK分区切削可以有效地治疗经术前预测角膜厚度不够的高度近视患者,而且无明显并发症的发生。 Objective To discuss the safety and efficaey of using muhi-zone ablation in laser assisted in-situ keratomileusis(LASIK) with ultra-thin corneal flaps for high myopia with thin corneal thickness. Methods Using muhi-zone ablation in LASIK with ultra-thin corneal flaps for 80 eyes of 40 cases with high myopia who may have thin corneal thickness in preoperative prediction. Results Visual acuity was improved greatly soon after operation. One hundred and fifty-four eyes of 80 cases gained vision equal to the expected preoperative best-corrected-visual-acuity (BCVA) or raised at least 2 lines. Four eyes decreased 1 line than preoperative BCVA. Conclusion It was an effective method to use muhi-zone ablation in LASIK with ultra-thin corneal flaps for patients with high myopia who may have thin corneal thickness in preoperative prediction. No severe comph'cations were observed in and after the surgery.
