普通外科危重患者床旁连续血滤应用体会

Application of bedside continuous blood hemofiltration in critical surgical patients

目的探讨床旁连续性血滤治疗普通外科危重症的疗效。方法2001年5月-2007年12月在我院住院治疗的普通外科危重症患者24例，通过床旁连续性血滤治疗，观察血滤前后肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、白细胞介素石（IL-6）含量的变化。结果全组成活21例，血滤前血清TNF和IL-6水平明显高于正常对照组和血滤后血TNF和IL-6含量（P〈0．01）。结论床旁连续性血滤治疗普通外科危重症，能改善危重患者的内环境，减轻全身炎症反应及多脏器功能衰竭，继而提高救治成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of bedside continous blood hemofiltration in critical surgical patients. Methods Twenty-four cases of critical general surgical patients were treated with bedside continuous blood hemofiltration between May 2001 and December 2007. The contents of TNF and IL-6 before and after blood hemofiltration were compared . Results Among the 24 cases ,21 patients survived. The contents of TNF and IL-6 before blood hemofiltration were significantly higher than that in the control group and after blood hemofiltration （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion In critical surgical patients,bedside continuous blood hemofiltration can improve its internal environment,reduce its systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, then raise the achievement ratio of remedy.
