摘要
该院1997年6月～8月共进行了5例腋腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫术，对同一病人同时作传统腋窝淋巴结清扫术，对比两种方法的淋巴清扫率，结果证明这一方法是可行的，在遵循乳房肿瘤外科的原则下，有内镜外科操作经验的医师可施行这种手术。
From June to August 1997, five patients underwent axillary lymph node dlssection by axilloscopy. At the same time, each patient received radical lymph node dissection by traditional methods. The rates of the lymphadenectomy were compared. The results show that this technique is feasible, and can be performed by surgeons with laparoscopic and oncologic breast surgery experience.
