飞行质谱技术在血液系统疾病中的应用
摘要
由于细胞遗传学、分子遗传学、分子生物学及免疫学等的发展，血液病的诊断和治疗取得了显著进步，发现了许多染色体、基因和免疫表型的异常，并对部分疾病，如慢性粒细胞白血病和急性早幼粒细胞白血病等实现了分子靶向治疗。蛋白质组学的出现为研究疾病发生、发展的机制提供了一种新的手段。
