摘要 肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一,它的发生发展是多因素、多步骤、多基因参与的结果。本文就近几年国内外对肿瘤患者外周血循环DNA的研究作出综述。 Cancer is one of the serious threatening diseases to human health. Its occurrence and development are the result of the multi-factors, rnulti-steps and multi-genes participation. This article makes a summary about the study of circulating DNA in plasma/serum of cancer patients in recent years.
